Is your device not sending alerts / notifications to your phone? Here's why!

The main reason your device is not sending alerts to your phone is because the APP is closed. 

Unfortunately, the app will have to remain open/minimized in order for the alert / alarm notifications to work.

We understand this is an inconvenience so our team is working on adding a feature that will allow alerts / notifications to work while the APP is closed. 

We do not have have an estimated timeline on when this will be added but be sure our team is hard at work!
